At BAMBUK Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be damaged when delivered.
• The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Change of mind after purchase.
  
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
